Tyson board chair signs new three-year employment agreement

John H. Tyson has officially signed a new employment agreement to remain as Tyson Foods Inc.’s board chair through 2029, locking in the leadership of the Springdale-based protein giant for another three years. The Springdale-based company announced the extension with the board chair on Thursday, replacing an agreement that dated all the way back to 2017.

That is a generous allotment for moving staff or family, essentially operating a private charter
