Arkansas football kickoff windows, TV schedule announced for 2026 season

Rogers and Springdale folks should mark their calendars for Sept. 27, assuming the Razorbacks follow the schedule breakdown revealed this week. That’s the only home game Coach Ryan Silverfield will be calling for the 2026 season with a guaranteed 7 p.m. kickoff time against Tulsa.

The Crimson Tide and Tigers will see plenty of Arkansas fans in their living rooms, not just on the Woody Williams/7th Street stretch in Fayetteville, thanks to the new broadcast windows. ESPN and ABC are set to carry the majority of the 15-game SEC schedule, effectively deciding when Razorbacks football happens for pretty much everyone who isn’t attending the game.

We’ve been living through the SEC Network era, but having the lead networks actually dictate the clocks for the Hogs just means more people getting out of work around noon on Saturdays to grab barbecue before hopping in the car. For the 2026 season, the focus isn’t just on the record, but on the experience—whether that’s watching the home opener or catching the road games on a projector at the country club off Crossovers.

What This Means for Local Fans

The broadcast windows also give a heads-up for the local tourist traffic. When Arkansas shows up in a prime slot, the restaurants along Razorback Road are going to be busy.

For those planning to catch the Tulsa game late in the afternoon/early evening, it’s the perfect setup for a post-game dinner in Rogers or Bentonville before heading back to the office on Monday.

Getting the slate down early lets the Razorback Foundation teams start selling records to the faithful before the season starts. Knowing the TV partners handles the heavy lifting means the focus remains on the action on the
