The new construction will be a single, three-story building named The Morgan, honoring Morgan Hooker, the late co-founder of Fayetteville-based High Street Real Estate and Development.
Ward Davis, principal of High Street Real Estate & Development, said the addition opens up new living opportunities within the community they’ve been building since 2016. “The Morgan opens up a new opportunity for people to live in the neighborhood,” Davis said. “From the beginning, we wanted Johnson Square to be a place where people could walk out their front door and have access to the things that make everyday life better.”
Johnson Square started development in 2016 under the leadership of Morgan Hooker and Ward Davis. The neighborhood has been planned with a focus on walkability and mixed-use spaces that blend living, dining, and retail in close proximity.
