A three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the third floor of Lumen Lofts in Bentonville is up for sublet starting December 1. The lease runs through July 31, 2027. For families or professionals moving to Northwest Arkansas, securing a year-long lease immediately after the holiday break can be tricky. Availabilities at newer complexes like Lumen Lofts often fill up before families are ready to settle in, making this specific opportunity appealing for those able to commit to a longer timeline. The unit sits in a building a little over a year old, featuring newly installed appliances and ceiling fans throughout. Rental income sometimes covers full months of the remaining lease period, which—extending into 2027—offers stable footing for someone planning long-term living arrangements in the area. The building’s amenities speak to the lifestyle of the neighborhood. Residents have access to an outdoor pool and hot tub, a common draw during the warmer months for local families looking to cool down after a day at the park or at a lakeside location near Siloam Springs. There is also a firepit area and a dedicated workout room, which saves homeowners money that would otherwise go toward a gym membership. For those with pets, Lumen Lofts is pet-friendly, a practical detail for NWA residents who treat their animals as family members. The building also includes a gift-wrapping room and garage parking. Listing the property through a recent community post allows prospective tenants to bypass some of the standard broker fees and get straight to the facts of the asking terms. If you’d like to tour the unit or discuss the details, the current resident listed contact information in a recent Reddit post. You can reach out directly to inquire about availability and to see the current condition of the apartment. Given the timing of the start date, connecting with the owner sooner rather than later ensures you don’t miss the window. **How to apply/contact:** * Visit [Lumen Lofts website](https://lumenlofts.com) * Contact directly regarding sublet details.
