Prosecutors in Benton County will not file charges against a Missouri woman accused of hindering prosecution after a fatal shooting in Sulphur Springs.
Morgan Young, 19, from Orrick, Missouri, was arrested in August on suspicion of hindering apprehension or prosecution. She appeared in Bentonville court Monday, where prosecutors announced they would decline to pursue any formal charges related to her disposal of gun casings following the shooting.
