With about 87% of the votes counted, the unofficial results showed Love with a commanding 90,700 votes, compared to Xayprasith-Mays’ 21,649. Love’s next step? Facing off against Republican Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Libertarian candidate Colt Shelby in the November 3 general election. Whoever wins will take the reins in January 2027.
