A Fayetteville man accused of raping a woman at his residence in February has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to court records filed Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court.
Luis Mendoza-Noriega, 32, entered his plea during an arraignment held in Washington County Circuit Court. The alleged incident occurred on February 15, 2026, at a home in the 1800 block of East Mountain Street in Fayetteville, according to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
