Fayetteville’s annual Falltoberfest will return to Dickson Street on Sunday, Oct. 4, occupying approximately seven blocks of the downtown entertainment district. The free festival will feature live music, local food vendors, craft beer, fall-themed cocktails, and a variety of entertainment options.
The event is organized by the Downtown Fayetteville Coalition and has become a recurring autumn tradition. This year’s lineup includes multiple stages hosting diverse musical acts and dance performances. Headlining artists announced include local favorites Brian Martin, The Irie Lions, School of Rock, Jack Lindsey Band, and Hayefield. Regional band Mingo Drive will also perform during the festival.
Falltoberfest will offer Fayetteville craft beer and a selection of “spirit-free sipping” nonalcoholic beverages. Traditional activities returning this year include the Mr. Oktoberfest pageant, weenie dog races, a dog pageant, and other family-friendly attractions. Organizers expect the event to draw large crowds to downtown Fayetteville, contributing to the ongoing vitality of Dickson Street as a cultural and social hub.
Past editions of Falltoberfest have contributed to the local economy by attracting thousands of visitors and supporting small businesses on Dickson Street. The event’s expanded footprint in 2026 reflects continued growth in participation and community engagement.
