Tim Trawick from Greenbrier has been named the 2026 Arkansas Living Treasure by the Arkansas Arts Council. Known for his dedication to preserving the Ozark fiddle-playing style, Trawick has spent over four decades performing, teaching, and advocating for this traditional art form. As a third-generation fiddler, he first learned from his father, who clinched the 1979 Arkansas Old Time State Fiddle Championship, and has passed the craft on to his sons, ensuring the art continues into a fourth generation.
